Esperanza System new housing 2022

The Esperanza System is a residential level proposal designed to uplift and encourage the generational families of the neighborhood and increase economic revenue in order to stay in their homes. The Esperanza system propagates a DIY-friendly system that allows for neighborhood families to save on typical construction costs and explore means of implementing the newly passed ADU Ordinance more quickly.
